Your group can spread out in a spacious, comfortable and social meeting place, enjoy delicious food with great service... then hit the ski slopes for unparalleled fun! Best of all, you'll find that our all-inclusive rates are very reasonable- probably less than you would pay for an ordinary meeting space!
The Boardroom
The Boardroom is a special corporate program we have developed to make your ski day as friendly and easy as possible. Set up your own private headquarters for the day and walk out the door to the lift!
We have two different facilities to accommodate groups of all sizes. Wanagan's Slopeside Deli (capacity of 80 people) is located
slopeside with a short walk to the gondola. We also offer the Governor's
Pavilion (capacity of up to 200) located right next to the Kancamaugus Quad.
You may have either of these rooms from 8am-6pm. Bring all your gear and keep it there for the day. We will have your tickets ready for you when you arrive.
All of this, plus a continental breakfast, lunch, and apres ski party with cash bar for only $79 per person. Just let us know the types of beer and wine for the bar. We do the work, you have the fun!
Non-skiers can take advantage of the fun as well! We can exchange lift tickets for an Adventure Center Package including:
- Lift Served Tubing
- Cross Country Skiing
- Snowshoeing
- Climbing Wall
- Ice Skating
- Zipline (as available)

Load the Gondola before any other guests! Ski with our amazing ski school coaches and enjoy the luxury of FIRST TRACKS on freshly groomed courderoy! Offered midweek only from 8am-10am. Reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance. $150/6 people.
- Mountain Tour with Guided Instruction
Tour the Lands of Loon with some of the best ski coaches around! Guided instruction and mountain tour available midweek at any time you choose!
2 hours - $120 per coach*
3 hours - $150 per coach*
Full day - $200 per coach*
*5-6 people per coach, 2 week advanced notice required.
